  8. Icon 2 Bitmap batch converts icons to BMP or GIF format.

  10. Simply select the source and destination directories, and watch as icons are extracted from EXE, DLL and ICO files and saved in either BMP or GIF format. You can also select a background color that replaces an icon's transparent areas.
